You’ll never get bored - My Ultrafits plan is designed to see you achieve maximum results while giving you the freedom to plan your training around your busy schedule.
The instructions are clear - I’ll tell you how many repetitions and sets to do. There’s also a video demonstration for each exercise to make things as simple and easy to follow as possible. Your plan changes each month. This gives you four weeks to train before switching up the routine.

As a #ultrafits member, you’ll enjoy delicious food with your own unique meal plan tailored just for YOU, your schedule and your caloric needs. I want your program to be as enjoyable as possible so, I’ll factor in your dislikes, allergies, dietary requirements and goals to make sure your personal meal plan meets your needs.
As you progress and your body changes, so will your caloric needs. Your plan will update 4 weeks to ensure you enjoy delicious food to keep you moving towards your final goal.
You’ll get a simple shopping list making things quick and easy - all you have to do is trust the process and let the diet do it's thing.

I was 14 years old when I started my training and completed my first bodybuilding competition at the age of 17. I was always a skinny teenager and having ‘big bodybuilding muscles’ was my goal. We only have one body to live our lives in, so it’s really important to remember that our health is our number one priority. Being strong and fit gives us the quality of life that we all need and that’s what I am passionate about.
I am inspired to help others to become healthy and fit. When I started my own personal training I had these goals and I want to inspire others to have the same goals in their life. I have 27 plus years of experience with different types of people and have studied for years in this field and I am confident that I can help you achieve your goals. To have the best quality of life by being healthy and strong and having confidence in myself means that I am able to help you feel the same way.

Fitness is not just about training and a diet, it’s a lifestyle! It’s my belief and I believe that
everyone needs to understand this to achieve their individual fitness goals.
I also understand that it's important NOT to neglect your own personal health in this process.
I have created my own unique program after studying for many years on the Musculoskeletal
system as well as Nutrition of Physiology.
This education allows me to understand body movements and design proper programs to
enable long term results for my clients.
I challenge myself daily and I am not only goal driven and motivated to help those in a similar
situation to me. I believe in what I can offer to enable long term success.
We only have one body to live in - so our healthy and fitness should be out number one priority
